 This is an opportunity to work with a small but highly skilled team of engineers in a rapidly expanding IT consulting company.

 Your input will be integral to the success of our business, and we're looking for candidates that like a challenge, work well in a team, and are willing to constantly learn and improve their skills.

The Role:
• Provide on-site and remote support to a variety of small and medium businesses.

• Predominantly Windows Server, Windows SBS2003, MS Exchange, and Active Directory

• Perform a wide variety of Level 1-3 support across many technologies

• Install and configure Servers, PCs, and other IT equipment.

• Manage client projects and expectations.

• Constantly stay up to date with the latest technologies.

Required:
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.

• 2-5 years relevant commercial experience

• Experience with Microsoft SBS

• Experience with Microsoft Terminal Services and/or Citrix

• Current driver’s license and own vehicle  

• Expert PC and desktop support skills

Desirable:
• MCSE and / or CCNA

• Unix / Linux / Apple Mac experience

• Help desk experience

• Willing to work on weekends or after hours if necessary

• Consulting experience

• Knowledge of hardware specifications and pricing

• Experience in IT consulting for small business

• Experience with VoIP technologies
